Position overview

The Student Engagement and Education Management (SEEM) division sits within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education) Portfolio. SEEM is responsible for the administrative support of students throughout the student lifecycle, from when an offer is accepted through to the completion of their studies.

The Registrar EA / Project Officer will provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Registrar including project coordination, and support for the Division. The role is also a member of the SEEM Projects Team and reports to the Manager, SEEM Projects on project work.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced EA to provide meeting, diary and functional email account management to the Registrar, who also has stakeholder management and/or project delivery exposure, or a desire to develop a project delivery skillset. The position suits candidates who enjoy working collaboratively and on a variety of concurrent projects, and are able to monitor and communicate about workload and priorities across reporting lines.
