Salary package: $98,387 - $113,252 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Terms: Full time, Fixed term (until 23 March 2027)

This is an exciting opportunity to join ANU as a Recruitment Consultant within the People and Culture Division (P&C). As Recruitment Consultant, you will provide expert advice and operational leadership across end-to-end recruitment activities, supporting hiring managers to navigate recruitment processes and compliance requirements. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process enhancement and the development of recruitment capability across the University.
Working closely with the Team Lead, Recruitment, this role also has a strong people leadership component, supporting and mentoring Recruitment team members while helping to foster a high-performing and service-focused team culture. The role suits someone who enjoys balancing operational delivery with stakeholder engagement, problem solving and process improvement.
This position offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of recruitment matters within a complex and dynamic environment while contributing to the delivery of an excellent staff and candidate experience across ANU.
