Salary package: $86,960 - $100,098 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Terms: Full Time, Fixed Term until February 2024

About the role
The recruitment team have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Recruitment Consultant on fulltime, fixed term contract. This is a great career development opportunity for the right candidate, looking for a chance to deliver to a diverse portfolio of clients across the University. Located within the central Shared Services Division, the Recruitment Team provides comprehensive recruitment support to the University's service areas including the central divisions and Office of the Vice-Chancellor portfolios as well as the College of Asia and the Pacific and the College of Engineering and Computer Science.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for the provision of end-to-end recruitment functions; including providing leadership and advice to clients on recruitment strategy, application of merit and processes associated with recruitment at the University. You will support the efficient and effective management of recruitment processing within a portfolio, supervising up to two direct reports.

We are looking for a proactive self-starter with a flair for working with people at all levels of the organisation. The successful candidate will have a passion for customer service, critical thinking and have the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be highly organised and have a keen eye for detail. Additionally, you will be adaptable and have the ability to take a flexible approach to meet the needs of our clients.
