Classification: ANU Officer Grade 4 (Administration) 
Salary package: $77, 379 - $83,716 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Terms: 1 x Full Time Continuing position, 2 x Full Time Fixed Term position available up to February 2026   

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Australian National University (ANU) as a Recruitment Assistant within the People and Culture Division. People and Culture is dedicated to fulfilling the Australian National University’s vision of becoming one of the world's great universities through collaborative and customer-focused service. 

The Recruitment Assistant plays a key role in an employee experience, working within a team to deliver high quality recruitment administration support. Key tasks include inbox management, preparation of employment offer letters and data entry into HRMS in a high volume environment. 

The successful candidate will have experience in a customer focused setting, strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Experience in a HR or recruitment setting is highly regarded.
