Position overview

The mission of Campus Environment Division is to "Enable academic excellence at ANU through integrated and innovative facilities and project delivery." The four key portfolios are Corporate and Client Services, Maintenance, Operations and Projects.

The Projects portfolio has the responsibility for planning and delivering projects for the University, including but not limited to all infrastructure, major and minor building and refurbishment projects.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects across our organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

You will work closely with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and external stakeholders to define project goals, manage risks, monitor progress, and report outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a results-driven mindset to deliver successful project outcomes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
