Salary package: $128,316 - $134,446 per annum plus 17% superannuation

Position overview
An opportunity has arisen for a parental leave cover as Manager Remuneration in the People & Culture Division for four months.

The Manager, Remuneration is a key member of the People and Culture (P&C) team, reporting to the Deputy Chief People Officer (Strategy & Planning) and working closely with the Chief People Officer and other senior HR leaders across the University. The role will provide expert, strategic guidance and support on complex remuneration, role sizing options and leads best practice in these areas for the University. The role also contributes to important projects within the Division, Service Portfolio and the University.
The successful applicant will be required to work within the Higher Education sector, with a significant focus on leading and managing various P&C programs related to remuneration, recognition, reward, and performance pay. The role also involves designing and implementing a strategy that aligns with the University's goals and values, and conducting remuneration benchmarking and job evaluation to provide guidance and recommendations to stakeholders.
This position requires proven extensive knowledge and understanding of contemporary human resources management, especially remuneration and reward strategies and their impact on employee engagement and culture in a large-scale organisation, preferably in the higher education sector.
