Salary package: 83,351 to $90,926 per annum plus 17% superannuation

Position overview

The Finance and Administration Coordinator will coordinate with residence teams and process regular direct debit schedules via student residents' bank accounts, processing rebate and refund payments to students, and ensuring timely NSI updates. These operational finance functions are essential for the team due to significant financial implications on accounts receivable with student residents and applicable transaction volumes. This role's accounting and compliance responsibilities include preparing debtors' reconciliations for assigned residences and timely updating of banking journals.
