Salary package: $83,351 - $90,926 per annum (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation
Terms: Part-time, Continuing (21 hours per week, 0.6FTE)

 

Position Overview

Working for the Secretariat of the SRW Foundation, the Executive Assistant provides high level administrative and executive support to SRW Foundation staff, the Foundation Board and the scholar and alumni cohorts, contributing to the delivery of the Foundation’s mission and objectives.

The Executive Assistant provides a wide range of flexible administrative support, working closely with senior stakeholders and other administrative areas of the ANU and APS to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of administrative operations across the suite of Foundation activities and programs.

The Person

Are you a highly organised, friendly and proactive Executive Assistant looking for a role in a great team that delivers outcomes for the ANU, Charles Darwin University, and the Australian Public Service? Do you thrive on organising events, managing executive diaries, liaising with senior stakeholders, and have excellent communications skills? If so, we would love to hear from you.

As our ideal candidate, you will have demonstrated experience in executive support, business administration, and event support. You will possess strong customer service and communication skills, an ability to organise and plan work, an ability to work effectively and sensitively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, and strong IT skills.
