Salary package: $87,570 - $95,530 per annum plus 17% superannuation

Position overview
This position is responsible for responding to future student enquiries and works closely with the Future Student Experience team, as well as marketing and student recruitment practitioners across campus. By providing high‑quality advice and support to a diverse range of stakeholders, this role plays an important part in delivering an excellent future student experience.
We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual with strong customer service skills and proven experience in managing customer enquiries.
