Salary package: $77,399 - $84,434 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Terms: 1 x Full time, Continuing, 1 x Full time, Fixed term (up to 12 months)

Position overview

The Engagement and Impact Officer provides general administrative support on a diverse range of tasks including: media, planning and outreach, contributing to the efficient coordination of events for the Research School of the Humanities and the Arts (RSHA).

Sitting within the HAL Administration team - who provide support to the School of Archaeology and Anthropology, the School of Literature, Languages and Linguistics and multiple interdisciplinary Research Centres - you will liaise with staff, students and visitors to deliver expert advice and assistance on range of engagement activities.

To excel in this role, you will have excellent customer service, be willing to learn in a fast-paced environment and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. With a passion for stakeholder engagement, you'll be happy to work both independently and as part of a team and have well-developed administration and organisational skills. Experience in event coordination and web management/social media would be advantageous.  

This position would be ideal for someone who is looking for a role which is a blend of both people and process focused work and who enjoys working collaboratively with a diverse and dynamic team supporting a wide variety of activities and projects.
