Position overview
The Scaffolding Cultural Co-Creativity Project (SCCCP), hosted in the Research School of Humanities and the Arts (RSHA) in CASS is a research and cultural change project that works with projects and practitioners in diverse cultural and organisational settings to research the enablers of co-creativity across scales. We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Educational Designer to coordinate the design, delivery and evaluation of collaborative learning programs and contribute to the research and impact of the SCCCP.
The Educational Designer will work with the SCCCP team and diverse internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and design learning programs that result in a capability improvement for target audiences. Phase one of SCCCP worked with partner projects in Australia, the Pacific and Latin America and resulted in a set of learning and facilitation tools known as Cobeo, as well as research based educational materials including the Collaboratory Podcast. Phase 2 of SCCCP is building, delivering, and evaluating a set of collaborative learning and train-the-facilitator modules with existing and new community and organisational partners. This position provides an opportunity for an experienced Educational Designer to apply their skills and creativity to developing and testing a range of learning experiences and materials with diverse cohorts, using in-person and on-line synchronous and asynchronous approaches to training and education.
