Salary package: $107,263 - $114,700 per annum plus 17% superannuation

Position overview

The Division of Student Administration and Academic Services (DSAAS) is within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) Portfolio. DSAAS is responsible for the administrative support of students through the student lifecycle from when an offer is made through to the completion of their studies and graduation. Activities of the Division includes admissions, general student enquiries, enrolment, class timetabling, program management, financial transactions, scholarship management, examination management, legislative compliance in relation to students and the curriculum management. The Division also provides advice for appeals, grievance, academic misconduct and discipline processes. 

The Deputy Manager is a member of the Enrolments and Fees team. The position will provide high-level advice on government and university policies and procedures to current and potential students and staff relating to fees, scholarships and enrolments. They will oversee the governance, administration and processing of transactions relating to fees, scholarships, enrolments and student records. A commitment to excellent customer service is essential.
