Salary package: $118,399 - $126,607 per annum plus 17% superannuation

Position overview
The Deputy Head, Residential Services plays a pivotal role in the operational leadership of The Australian National University's student accommodation portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Residential Services, this position leads the application and offer process, manages enquiry services, and oversees outbound communications. Working closely with the Residential Systems Manager, the role ensures that systems and processes are aligned, scalable, and continuously improved to support a high-quality residential experience for nearly 6,000 students across 13 on-campus residences.

The Division is responsible for the strategic and operational management of The Australian National University's residential portfolio, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and enriching living environment.
