Salary package: $121,359 - $129,772 per annum plus 17% superannuation

Position overview

The mission of Campus Environment Division is to "Enable academic excellence at ANU through integrated and innovative facilities and project delivery."  The two key portfolios are Commercial Planning & Strategy and Operations.

The Asset and Maintenance team has the responsibility for the delivery of Mechanical and Hydraulic Contract management activities at ANU.  This encompasses the management and delivery of all statutory, preventative and corrective maintenance, asset management initiatives and capital renewal programs.  

The Contract Manager under board direction of the building Maintenance Manager is responsible for delivering the highest quality of outcomes aligned with contract obligations.

The Contract Manager will also demonstrated extensive experience and understanding of all aspects of building maintenance services, project management, leasing and infrastructure/facilities management including building, mechanical, electrical, fire and energy management systems and their related data sets. 

The Contract Manager will be required to provide regular reporting and ensuring KPI's are met.
