The Position

The Clinical Hub for Interventional Research (CHOIR) is located within the John Curtin School of Medical Research (JCSMR) and is the is the central point for early phase clinical research within the College of Science and Medicine at the University and aims to support the specialised functions involved in conducting high quality clinical trials to the required international standards (ICH-GCP).

The Clinical Data Coordinator will support the delivery of high-quality data management activities across clinical trials coordinated by the University. The role supports clinical trial data systems, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance, working under the supervision of senior staff. The role will have responsibility for the management of processes for collection and management of clinical research data for CHOIR projects, including deployment, development, and maintenance of study databases. The role will be responsible for supporting the development and ongoing management of clinical research data management solutions at the University.

The role offers potential opportunities to be a part of future clinical research using big data, machine learning, and LLMs; make contributions to omics of data in clinical research; and work with technology innovations and applications in the research landscape.
