Classification: ANU Officer 6/7 (Administration)
Salary package: $91,362-$105,165 per annum (pro rata) plus 17% superannuation
Terms: Part time (up to 21 hours per week), Contingent (contingent funded)
This position is continuing (contingent funded). The funding that supports this project has an expected end date of 31 December 2027.
About Us
The ANU College of Asia & the Pacific (CAP) leads intellectual engagement with the Asia-Pacific region through research, teaching and contributions to public debate, and seeks to set the international standard for scholarship concerning the region. The College hosts the largest number of regional experts and specialist academic programs in the English-speaking world, and plays a vital role in informing public policy and Australia's intellectual engagement with the societies, cultures and economies of Asia and the Pacific.
The Centre for Climate & Energy Policy is a research unit within the Crawford School and conducts policy relevant research and engages in policy outreach focused on climate and energy policy in the Asia-Pacific region.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Centre Administrator to support the work of the Centre for Climate & Energy Policy (CCEP). In this role you will provide high-level advice and administrative support to the Centre director and project leaders, to ensure the efficient and effective management of day-to-day operations and events organised by the Centre. The Centre Administrator will report to CCEP Centre Director.
Our Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate will have experience with project or program administration in a university setting, including experience managing submission of grant applications, government submissions, or policy briefs with inputs from multiple authors, as well as experience organising hybrid events.
