We are seeking to appoint one or more Casual Sessional Academics for the courses and roles outlined below. Please note, this may change as student enrolment final numbers become known. The courses listed and the associated CSA activities are indicative only.

The ANU College of Asia & the Pacific (CAP) leads intellectual engagement with the Asia-Pacific region through research, teaching and contributions to public debate, and seeks to set the international standard for scholarship concerning the region. The College hosts the largest number of regional experts and specialist academic programs in the English-speaking world, and plays a vital role in informing public policy and Australia's intellectual engagement with the societies, cultures and economies of Asia and the Pacific.

Position overview
As a casual sessional academic you will be involved in the delivery of CAP courses with support, guidance and direction from the Course Convenor and School staff.
You will work both independently and as part of a team to inspire active and evidence-based learning in our courses as well as motivate students to achieve their best and help them meet the stated learning outcomes.
A CSA shall have qualification and/or experiences recognised by the institution as appropriate for the relevant discipline area. These include past teaching experience, high achievement in coursework, and employment in related topics to the courses offered by the school.
