Salary package: $77,399 - $84,434 per annum plus 17% superannuation

Position overview
The mission of Facilities and Services Division is to "Enable academic excellence at ANU through integrated and innovative facilities and project delivery." The three key portfolios are Corporate, Operations and Infrastructure & Planning.
The Corporate portfolio responsibilities include human resource, financial, business systems management, administrative and executive support services. The Portfolio also manages oversight of client services and key activities such as parking on campus, commercial leasing administration, ANU Apartments, University Venues, and liaising with childcare providers on campus.
The Governance and Compliance team is responsible for managing the governance and assurance functions of the Division, principally through the implementation, management and oversight of the Division’s Quality Management System (QMS) and Work Health & Safety (WHS) management system, and conformance with University policy.
The Administration Officer (WHS) reports to the Work Health & Safety Officer and is responsible for assisting with ensuring the Division’s compliance with statutory Work Health and Safety requirements and compliance with University policy. The Administration Officer (WHS) will also play a key role in ensuring the Division is monitoring, supporting and delivering a safe working environment for all staff within the Division.
