Salary: $103,636 - $110,821 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Term: Full Time, Continuing Position
This role will be required to lead engagement with stakeholders, particularly school leadership and ANU service divisions. The role requires:
- Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders to plan and schedule team projects in a service environment
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate needs into operational planning
- Ability to manage team workloads in a fast-paced environment
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements
- Ability to lead, motivate and mentor a team
- Experience in supporting research grant applications and reporting

The Professional Services Group (PSG) provides expertise that supports the College in the successful delivery of its objectives. We achieve excellence in services by partnering and collaborating with academic staff, students and external partners, through embracing diversity of ideas to coming up with innovative solutions. Our expertise spans across Engagement, Community, Resources, combining strengths across each of these focused areas to identify and build strong collaborative relationships throughout our broad stakeholder base.
This is a full time continuing position in the Engagement Team that will develop and lead the research management.
The Senior Services Consultant works collaboratively with the wider Engagement team and assists the Service Manager, Industry+Grants in the development and sharing of knowledge at local level while also representing the area in various University-wide initiatives. The context of the role is to provide high quality service, advice and direction to stakeholders in the College community.
As a Senior Service Consultant, the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the ability to work with other team leaders in the Engagement team and across the PSG, including finance, HR, student services, School administration teams as well as central service units across the University to provide a seamless experience to both internal and external stakeholders.
