CAP Education Services coordinates the education administration and student experience throughout the student life-cycle from admission to graduation with a focus on delivering on the development and implementation of innovative administration practices, in line with the University’s and the College’s teaching and learning strategies.
The Opportunity
The CAP Student Centre supports student administration for the College, as a ‘one-stop shop’ for all undergraduate and higher degree research students of the College. You will form part of a dynamic team that delivers seamless administrative support to students, academic staff and College stakeholders.
The Student Administration Officer is involved in the daily administration of education programs across the College and provides efficient and effective services to a diverse range of stake holders including students, staff of CAP Education Services, academics and school administration staff within the College and beyond.
We are seeking to fill a vacancy within our team which has arisen due to internal transfer arrangements. This opportunity is available as a full-time, fixed term contract up to June 2023.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in student administration in a higher education institution or other complex organisation with demonstrated communication skills and strong administrative experience as well as an inherent ability and desire for excellence in service and support.
