  • Provide comprehensive, high level support and quality service delivery in a diverse range of student administration activities. 
  • Be the first point of contact for scholarships and prizes, and play an active role in providing robust advice and guidance on scholarships and prizes related policies, procedures, services and initiatives supporting the achievement of the local area and University strategic goals.

Position overview

The College of Business and Economics is seeking a candidate with experience in providing high quality customer service in the Student Services team. As an active member of the CBE Student Services team, your primary role will be the development and delivery of the College's scholarships and prizes programs as the first point of contact. You will also actively contribute to the development and provision of high quality administrative services to our coursework and higher degree by research student cohort.

As senior member of the Team, you will provide high level advice for our students around complex enquiries, assist the Senior Manager and Deputy Managers with providing operational and strategic support, and support all team members in matters related to the student lifecycle. You will have the opportunity to learn and further develop your knowledge in a wide range of areas including admission, program management, student mobility, graduation, and higher degree by research matters.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with great communication skills, a positive attitude and an eagerness to achieve team and individual goals. The preferred candidate will have an eye for attention to detail, highly developed organisational skills (including record-keeping) and the ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team.
