Position overview

The Collection Access Coordinator manages and coordinates the acquisition, management of and access to scholarly information resources to support research and teaching at the University.

Within the University Library, the Collection Access Coordinator is responsible for maintaining access to scholarly information resources in all formats to support research and teaching at the University.

Working closely with staff in all libraries as well as liaising with staff in IT Services, Finance and Business Services, the Council of Australian University Libraries (CAUL), and suppliers, the Collection Access Coordinator manages and coordinates access and bibliographic services for information resources.

This successful candidate will have a flexible and proactive approach to delivering tasks within a busy environment, an ability to engage effectively with a wide range of people, and have extensive knowledge and experience with information resource management processes.
