Classification: ANU Officer Grade 5/6 (IT)
Salary package: $71,878 - $84,451 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Terms: Fulltime, continuing

Position Overview

An ongoing opportunity exists for someone who enjoys providing high quality, user-centric IT support and systems administration in a diverse and challenging environment.

The successful candidate will be part of the Managed Operating Environment team which maintains and develops the Microsoft Windows and Apple OS X end user environments which currently serve over 4,000 end points.

The successful candidate must have experience in the Microsoft Windows desktop environment, SCCM, possess exceptional levels of customer service, have the ability to take ownership and accountability of services and the ability to foster positive working relationships with staff at all levels within a large organisation.
