- Be a member of a dedicated collaborative team working in the growing area of coursework scholarships
- Contribute to improving the establishment, delivery and support of scholarships
The Division of Student Administration & Academic Services contributes to the University's strategic objective to provide an excellent educational experience for its students through delivery of accessible and supportive administrative functions throughout the student lifecycle. The Division's student related support services include the management of: enrolment and progression; fee invoicing and cashiering; scholarships; examinations; prizes; graduations; timetabling; general enquiries; student card; transcripts; student communications and quality advice on ANU student related policy and rules as well as compliance with national and international regulations.
The Coursework Scholarships Office (CSO) is seeking a candidate with the professional experience and desire to deliver excellent customer service and administrative support to our central team. Reporting to the Manager, Coursework Scholarships, you will be instrumental in all administrative functions regarding scholarships while acting as the first point of contact for students and other stakeholders.
