The APPF ANU Node is located within the Division of Plant Sciences in the Research School of Biology and provides research services to publicly and privately funded researchers located internally and externally to the University.

As part of a new industrial collaboration with ANU, the Senior Technical Officer will establish technical procedures to grow and phenotype crop plants in controlled environments. Plant phenotyping methods will include 3D reconstruction of plant canopies and multispectral/hyperspectral imaging of plants grown in high precision, controlled environments.

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a high level of technical expertise in plant physiology, ideally with horticulture or industrial experience.
