The Marketing and Student Recruitment Division brings together international and domestic recruitment, strategy, market research, marketing, advertising, website, social media engagement and creative design at ANU. The Division is responsible for delivering high quality communications and experiences for students in accordance with the University’s strategic objectives The Future Student Experience Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team is responsible for developing and operating the Future Student CRM and marketing automation systems to enable the University to achieve its student quality and diversity strategic goals.
The Enquiry Team Leader, Future Student Experience CRM, provides high level, comprehensive support on a diverse range of future student experience CRM enquiry management activities, ensuring future student enquiries are addressed and responded to in a timely and accurate way. They lead the team who will be the first point of contact for future student enquiries and will ensure phone, email, web or live chat enquiries are addressed in a timely and accurate way. The Enquiry Team Leader will provide high quality advice on a wide range of future student experience CRM enquiry services, policies, procedures and guidelines and assist with the coordination of future student CRM initiatives to support the achievement of the University’s strategic goals. They will work closely with other members of the Future Student Experience CRM team and with the relevant Central Divisions and Colleges, liaising with and providing services and advice to a wide variety of stakeholders
