This position is a fixed term appointment for a period of 2.5 years (30 months) to contribute to the Nanotechnology Research Laboratory, in RSEEME which is amongst the world-leading groups in multi-scale engineering of nano-structured materials and devices, with particular emphasis on scalable nano-fabrication approaches that facilitate the translation of scientific findings into commercial products.
The Nanotechnology Research Laboratory is working on a collaborative project, with the research groups at ANU, and researchers from Monash University, on the scalable design of the next generation of water splitting electrodes for H2 production from renewable energy. This project has been supported by a successful ARENA project, and we are now looking to hire a motivated and talented postdoctoral fellow in the area of electrochemistry and water splitting to work at ANU.
