Position overview

The Marketing and Student Recruitment Division brings together international and domestic recruitment, strategy, market research, marketing, advertising, website, social media engagement and creative design at ANU. The Division is responsible for delivering high quality communications and experiences for students in accordance with the University‚Äôs strategic objectives.  The Future Student Experience Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team is responsible for developing and operating the Future Student CRM and marketing automation systems to enable the University to achieve its student quality and diversity strategic goals.

As a member of this team, the CRM Analyst is an integral role which contributes to providing valuable insight into student behaviour and preferences at different stages of their relationship with the University.

The CRM Analyst will create reports for colleagues in student recruitment, marketing and other business units, helping them to make more effective decisions.  You will also provide recommendations on relationship strategies for different categories of students based on your in depth analysis of student data.

This role would ideally suit individuals with a Business Administration degree or a similar qualifications in marketing or economics. Strong analytical skills in addition to knowledge of analytical or database software, particularly CRM or business intelligence systems will be highly regarded.
