Salary: $125,642 per annum plus 17% superannuation

The Division of Student Life supports the University to meet its strategic objectives by ensuring an enriched student experience for all students. At ANU, a growing percentage of our students reside in 'on-campus' accommodation making residential life an important part of the overall student experience.
We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong track record for the position of Head of Residence, Ursula Hall.
Ursula Hall provides an academic, cultural and social environment and accommodation for over 400 men and women with a catered dining hall for undergraduate residents with post-graduate students residing in studios. It is an active living and learning community with a strong focus on high levels of community engagement and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
Responsibilities include: student welfare and pastoral care, staff management and leadership, operational management and general resident support as well as supervisory responsibility of the Executive Chef. If you are a committed and inspirational leader, with high-level administration and communication skills, an in-depth understanding of the student experience and a passion for student development, this is an opportunity to work with, and make a significant contribution to students’ lives, during their time at the University and more specifically, support our Ursula Hall students to achieve success.
