Position overview

The ANU Medical School is seeking a dynamic individual to fulfil the role of Administration Support Officer within the administrative team, based at The Canberra Hospital campus. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Academic Unit of Medicine, and act as a key liaison point between the Professor of Medicine and the staff and students within the wider School, Hospital and wider Community.

The successful candidate will possess high-level attention to detail and organisation skills to provide administrative support including diary management, coordination of administrative activities, preparation of correspondence and travel and financial support.

The role will interact with a diverse range of stakeholders including academic heads, lecturers, clinicians, tutors, medical students, volunteers and others who participate in the program.
