Position overview

We are seeking applications from an enthusiastic team player with a commitment to technical services and with a strong focus on client services to work in the Hancock Library, the ANU’s science and technology library. You will be working with all material formats, with a strong emphasis on electronic resources.

You will participate in the acquisition and management of scholarly information resources. The position also participates in rostered shifts on the Hancock Library information desk, answering routine enquiries, and assists with information literacy classes.

Experience with technical services related software applications, good communication and interpersonal skills, together with the ability to work effectively as a team member are all essential requirements. Attention to detail is essential.
