The Australian National University is seeking a Project Officer to join the Culture & Development team. The team is in a period of growth and this is an exciting career development opportunity for a suitably experienced HR generalist, looking for a chance to deliver to a diverse portfolio of clients across the University.
Working in partnership with senior leaders, managers and College/Divisional HR practitioners you will be providing high quality HR culture and development services and practice leadership to all areas across the University.
Reporting to the Senior Consultant, Culture & Development, this role will act as a subject matter expert through the provision of comprehensive, high quality advice and services on a broad range of human resources projects. These include areas such as design, development and implementation of online learning modules and platforms, leadership and staff development, talent management, organisational development, engagement, diversity and inclusion and workplace cultural improvements in order to facilitate the University’s goals in research and education.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a sound knowledge and understanding of contemporary human resources management, online learning development, organisational development and workplace cultural improvements. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in a HR support role, with a commitment to deliver high quality, responsive customer service. We are looking for candidates with excellent interpersonal, organisational and planning skills as well as highly developed IT skills and an interest in developing a career in HR.
