Position Overview:

The Research School of Engineering, within the ANU College of Engineering and Computer Science consists of an exceptional community of students, educators, scholars and researchers who embrace the breadth of engineering professions across traditional disciplinary boundaries. 

We currently have two Research Fellow positions available and seek applications from enthusiastic academics to join a team of experienced academics and contribute to the development of a high-efficiency, low-cost solar hydrogen production systems. You will have the the opportunity to become involved in a rapidly expanding research field of Hydrogen production. Further information is available at http://energy.anu.edu.au/.

Position 1: will work to integrate the latest advancement in solar cells, and earth abundant catalysts into a high efficiency systems to generate hydrogen by splitting water. This will require the design, fabrication, and characterisation of photo-electrochemical systems and components.

Position 2: will work on Computational modelling of catalysts at semiconductor interfaces and their interactions with light and electrolytes. This involves getting an atom-level understanding of the electronic processes at interfaces.
