Position overview

The Australian National University are seeking an energetic and ambitious Customer Relationship Management (CRM) expert, to build and lead the newly established Future Student Experience CRM team.

About the team

The Future Student Experience Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team will be responsible for developing and operating the Future Student CRM – an entirely new automation system aimed at enabling ANU to achieve its student quality and diversity goals. 

About the role

The Manager, Future Student Experience CRM will lead the Future Student Experience CRM team and act as the principal advisor to senior management and staff on relevant activities. Working within the Marketing and Student Recruitment Division, you will provide proactive and strategic advice, guidance and support, while leading the team designing, developing and implementing effective CRM practices across the University, working collaboratively to enable effective student recruitment.

The position is based at our Acton campus, a sprawling natural setting with all of the conveniences of the Canberra city centre. In early 2019 ANU will open Kambri, a brand-new accommodation, conference and services precinct which will include a range of restaurants, street food eateries, a gym and a pool.
