Position overview

ANU is one of Australia’s leading universities with a reputation for quality research and education. The Service Improvement Group is responsible for the continuous improvement of the University’s administrative and support services. The Service Improvement Group is seeking a highly experienced person to drive digital business transformation to support sustainable and integrated administrative services and processes.

This role will lead and maintain enterprise wide process improvement initiatives that directly contribute to improved service outcomes and customer satisfaction as part of the University’s service improvement agenda. The right person will lead a team to professionally manage the Intelledox Digital Transformation Centre and its service delivery including project delivery, production support and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders in Service Divisions and Colleges and across the traditional functional boundaries within the University to collaboratively review and resolve complex issues and gain acceptance of ideas and consensus amongst a diverse group of stakeholders. The successful candidate will also lead the Centre to work closely with customers (both staff and students) to promote customer centric design, Lean process improvement and Agile software development practices within the Centre and the wider University.
