Salary package: $94,094 - $100,864 per annum plus 17% superannuation

- Play a leading role in achieving success for the Team with providing a high level of service to CBE students and staff.
- Provide expert advice to students and staff, including senior management, on matters related to the student lifecycle.
- Lead the Team in implementing initiatives to support and improve the student experience across all areas.
The College of Business and Economics is seeking a candidate with experience in providing high quality service in the student administration space. As an active member of the CBE Student Services Team you will assist the Manager with providing operational and strategic support in the management and delivery of high level administrative services to our coursework and higher degree by research student cohort.
As the senior team leader you will guide the Team in successfully completing key activities related to the student lifecycle ranging from prospective enquiries to graduation. You will coordinate and assist senior team members to lead on major tasks such as student mobility and exchange initiatives, working with areas internal and external to the College and University to achieve positive outcomes for students. Other key tasks include academic progress, graduation, honours and matters relating to higher degree by research students.
