Terms: Continuing, Part-time: 21 hours per week (3 days per week, negotiable)
 
  • Work as part of a small team in a picturesque location at Kioloa Coastal Campus, NSW
  • Take an active role in the administration of a dynamic and developing field Campus of the ANU 
  • Provide service delivery as per the ANU Facilities and Services Division, to a wide range of academic and professional clientele
  • Job share position, flexible working arrangements can be negotiated
  • Part time, three full days per week
 
The Administration Assistant supports the Kioloa Coastal Campus administrative and functions by providing a range of support and administrative services as well as providing site advice to potential and returning clients of the university.  If you enjoy working in a small team, are highly organised and have a commitment to customer service we want to hear from you.

Position overview

The mission of Facilities and Services Division is to "Enable academic excellence at ANU through integrated and innovative facilities and project delivery".  The four key portfolios are Corporate and Client Services, Maintenance, Operations and Projects.
 
The Operations portfolio has the responsibility for managing and coordinating the delivery of operational services within the Division.  This includes delivery of Sustainability programs and projects for the University along with management of the functions of Cleaning, Waste, Recycling, Gardens and Grounds, Security and Remote Sites.
