Salary Package: $109,432 - $114,744 per annum plus 17% superannuation

The Scientific Projects Team (SPT) provides customised screening expertise to both academic and commercial clients. The SPT Manager will lead, establish and manage the service provided by SPT. The position will provide high level support across all aspects of the service, including complex technical expertise, project, finance and personnel management. The Manager, SPT, will report to the Head, Strategic Research and Commercial Projects and be based within the Australian Phenomics Facility. The position will supervise and mentor technical staff within the SPT and provide oversight, consultancy and coordination for other users of SPT equipment. The position is responsible for project management and technical excellence of the SPT and liaises with other facility staff, bioinformaticians, genomics, IT staff and clients both within and outside of the ANU.
