Position overview

Working as part of the Employee Relations team within the Human Resources Division, the Employee Relations Officer will provide high quality advice and support services to the Employee Relations Team and clients within the University on matters including workplace relations, employment conditions, performance management and key projects within HR.

The successful applicant will be required to work within a fast paced and challenging environment, with a significant focus on supporting organisational outcomes to increase flexibility, capability and productivity.  This is an ideal career development opportunity for a graduate or someone early in their career to acquire broad employee relations expertise in a complex organisation.  An ability to learn and apply knowledge, and demonstrated communication and problem solving skills are key requirements of this position.
