The ANU College of Health and Medicine comprises the Research School of Psychology, the ANU Medical School, the John Curtin School of Medical Research and the Research School of Population Health. These schools work together to deliver world-class research and education across the spectrum of medicine and health-related fields, working in partnership with the health sector at local, national and international levels. 

The Research Assistant will join the T-cell Immune Mechanism, Monitoring and Modulation Laboratory led by Associate Professor Di Yu within the Department Immunology and Infectious Disease, The John Curtin School of Medical Research at The Australian National University. The area of study stems from a recent publication by the research group (Leong YA et al. Nature Immunology, 2016) and an NHMRC funded project focussing on the role of a recently identified cytotoxic T cell subset in infectious disease and cancer using cutting edge genomic technologies, genetically modified animals and animal disease models.

To be successful in this position, you will have experience in immunology, molecular and cell biology or a related area.
