The positions are in a busy team of Departmental Administrators (DAs). The DA team reports to the School’s Executive Officer to ensure the team provides a high level of service to the School.
We are looking for staff with the ability to work independently, but who will also work as part of a team. Our DAs help with duties from organising seminars, events and catering, providing support for the departmental finances and HR, through to helping academics with budgets and grant reporting.
Skills that would suit our team are the ability to update our website, the ability to quickly learn ANU databases, and the wish to contribute to both the department and School by operating at a high level.
