Position overview

The Research School of Finance, Actuarial Studies and Statistics within the ANU College of Business and Economics is seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused person to join our student services team.  We are looking for someone who shows initiative and good attention to detail as well as a commitment to excellent customer service. We will provide you with a supportive team environment and the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of student administration within a School.

As a member of our student services team you will be the first point of contact for student enquiries and, in the absence of the Senior School Administrator, take on the role as team leader.  You will also be assisting with aspects of timetabling, grade finalisation and coursework processing.

The ANU College of Business and Economics educates the next generation of business leaders, professional economists and academics. Our graduates have the knowledge and skills to lead organizations, design public policy, and research the big issues of business and economy. Located in the national capital, we engage deeply with the business and policy communities. Our academics lead public debate on the critical issues of our time through their research, which is both long term and strategic in focus.
