Salary package: $ 134,520.00 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Terms: Full time, Fixed term (5 years)
The Australian National University has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and outstanding senior Human Resources leader, to steer projects of significance to the University. The Associate Director, Culture and Performance Development is responsible for leadership and management of the Culture and Development team, working in partnership with senior leaders, managers and HR practitioners across the University to deliver best practice in leadership development, talent management, organisational development, engagement, diversity, inclusion and workplace culture improvements.
Reporting to the Director - Human Resources, the Associate Director will lead major projects such as the Staff Engagement Survey, Academic and Professional Staff Performance and Development, Talent Management, and Diversity and Inclusion, to facilitate the University’s goals in research, education and societal transformation.
You will be an established leader, with experience in leading a team to ensure the provision of high-quality advice and services in organisational development, culture and staff training and development, an ability to build collaborative relationships across a diverse environment but providing support, mentorship and advice to senior managers.
Your extensive experience in organisational culture and development will be complemented by strong management and stakeholder engagement skills.
