Position overview

An opportunity exists for a skilled IT support person to join the Australian National University, as an IT Client Services Officer within the School Computer Unit of the Research School of Physics and Engineering. This position is open to staff who will actively contribute to the IT functions of the School, have excellent attention to detail, a wide and diverse knowledge of IT and are an excellent team player.

This is a front line, multi level IT support role with deployment and computer install responsibilities.

* ANU Officer Levels 5 and 6 are broad banded in this stream. It is expected that at the higher levels within the broadband occupants, through experience, will have developed skills and expertise enabling them to more independently perform the full range of duties at a higher level, and that more time will be spent on the more complex functions of the position.
