Organisation Overview

Information Technology Services (ITS) provides corporate IT services to ANU staff, students and visitors in support of achieving excellence in research, teaching and public policy. These services include network, communications, computing platforms, data storage, desktop and mobile access, enterprise systems, student learning environments, and IT security. The work of ITS is coordinated with services provided within and by University Colleges and other Service Divisions to form a cohesive, University-wide information services infrastructure.
Position overview
The ITS Project Management Office oversees an extensive range of business and technology related projects for the University community. We are currently seeking multiple experienced project managers to deliver projects ranging from custom system development and implementation, through to significant infrastructure related projects. There are opportunities for those who would like to work intensely on one project and for those who would like to service a portfolio of project activities. These positions are instrumental in implementing key strategic and University priority projects and often provide support for ground breaking system implementation. 

Successful candidates require not only experience in delivering complex technical projects, but also well developed and demonstrated stakeholder management and engagement skills, covering all levels of the organisation. You will be flexible and adaptable in an ever-changing professional environment, and have the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a client-focused position. Due to the highly skilled nature of project work, the salary package for these positions may include a loading in line with the candidate's skill set.
